Wayne Haney brings over 29 years of technology and cybersecurity leadership, with deep expertise supporting the federal government and critical industries. His unique background—bridging physical security, cybersecurity, and operational technology/industrial control systems (OT/ICS)—sets him apart as a leader in protecting complex environments. Wayne’s federal experience includes contracts with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Department of Energy (DOE), Department of Defense (DoD), and the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA). Beyond federal service, his career spans diverse sectors such as telecommunications, healthcare, and utilities, giving him a broad perspective on risk management and security challenges.

He holds a BS in Information Technology from American InterContinental University and an MBA from Lincoln Memorial University and has extensive experience teaching in cybersecurity and management, both at a collegiate and industry level. His professional credentials include:

• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
• Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+)
• Registered Practitioner (RP) for the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC)

John W. Smith, Jr., emerges as a distinguished executive and accomplished Information Technology (IT) professional, with 35 plus years of experience. His expertise spans various leadership roles in IT, Business Operations Management and Operations, and Cyber Security. A former Vice President and Director at SAIC, he led the efforts of developing and integrating, industry leading Information Systems ISO standard practices, major efforts to maintain, market, and deliver current and future customers. As a strong leader, he has significant experience in providing and assessing end-to-end IT Operations environments, delivering Cyber Security solutions and services for commercial and public sector clients.

In his current capacity as the Sr. VP of Growth at CyberLok Security Solutions, LLC., John assumes a pivotal role in sculpting the company’s growth trajectory. Harnessing his extensive experience, he Identifies potential key opportunities, nurtures strategic alliances, and seeks to penetrate untapped markets.
